Job Title :Assistant Vice President – Human Resources
Location:Karachi
Educational Qualifications & Experience             Master Degree with 4-5 years of Administration Experience in a large organization.
Age bracket:32-45 years
Skills and Qualifications·         Strong communications skills
·         Strong analytical skills with ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR programmatic outcomes to assess opportunity for continuous improvement
·         Strong business acumen and people acumen, and ability to influence business leaders at an executive level
·         Ability to partner across HR to deliver effective business solutions
·         Demonstrated exceptional people management and leadership capabilities
·         Experience with delivery of HR ROB
·         Employee Relations - Build management capability to facilitate an open, inclusive, Microsoft values-based environment that enables effective employee relations.
·         Ensure role is perceived as an objective employee resource and escalation path for unresolved employee relations issues.
·         Depth of experience with delivery of HR ROB
Job Responsibilities·         To lead the Human Resource agenda by providing HR strategy, guidance and expertise to Business and Segment Heads in achieving the business goals, in line with country, regional and Group strategy
·         Drive bottom-line business performance through creating an effective, efficient organization where maximising engaging employees is at the heart of every interaction
·         Develop and secure a plan which is aligned to business/ function strategy thereby driving performance through organization design and a continued focus on the factors which drive engagement
·         Support line managers, in configuring and deploying Group people policies, products and processes to build engagement, thereby driving business performance
·         Proactively coach Managers both as a team and as individuals to drive business performance through high engagement
·         Ensure a robust talent pipeline to meet the future needs of the business through managers identifying, developing and appropriately stretching talent at every level; and
·         Collaborate with colleagues across HR  to ensure continuous improvement in the Function
