We are currently seeking young and dynamic professionals to join our firm in managerial positions for audit, tax and advisory services in our Karachi Office to:
Lead large and complex projects and provide active team support in the execution of the engagement in compliance with firm and delivery standards
- Take responsibility for innovation, practice growth and team development
Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify and resolve complex client issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives during engagement delivery
- Participate in business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development
The successful candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Professional qualification from leading institution in Accounting/ Finance/ Business
- 2 to 6 years post qualification work experience
- Excellent core skills: analytical, written and verbal communication, client presence, facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to write reports independently with highest standard of English
- Ability to work independently, manage the demands of an ever changing environment and adjust accordingly
Areas of expertise desired include:
Audit
Audits of financial statements, including services such as compilations, reviews, reporting on internal control, advice on application of accounting principles and rules in conjunction with financial statement audits, audits of employee benefit plans and other assurance services.
Tax
Tax compliance and advisory services covering domestic and international, direct and indirect taxes for corporate and individual clients including transfer pricing, assistance in mergers and acquisitions and statutory audits.
Advisory
BPR, designing and implementing business performance management and governance systems, internal controls, internal audit, processes and procedures, operational transformation, strategy, financial and risk management, change management and transactions & restructuring.
