Assistant Manager Corporate Affairs (Legal) - Karachi 

Urgently looking for "Assistant Manager Corporate Affairs" for one of the leading manufacturing company in Karachi. 

Qualification: LLB 

Exp: 2-5 years. 

Age: 25 to 35 years. 

Responsibilities: 
• Assisted in issuance of notices to the BOD members, shareholders and other stakeholders; coordinated with all stake holders for answering their queries with respect to affairs of the company and ensuring them that their rights are protected in a transparent manner. 
• Maintained a record of the Board and its Committee’s decisions assist in preparation of the papers for the Board, conveyed the decisions to the strategic management, pursuing the follow up actions and assist in reporting the consequent actions back to the Board. 
• Maintained updated and accurate documentation regarding statutory records as required by Company Ordinance, SECP Ordinance including shareholders register and minutes of the shareholders and Board of Board of Directors Meeting. 
• Assisted in preparation of Annual Report and CSR Report 
• Review documents related to statutory returns/reforms when required and ensure timely submission to concerned office/authority. 
• Assist Company Secretary in the periodic updating of the company website as and when required in order to ensure that relevant and accurate information is available to users.
