PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE | · Must have a background in FMCG sales & distribution with at least 10 years experience in managing Institutional Sales Businesses. · Must have handled complex selling & negotiation situations across multiple channels like Hotels, hotels, cantonment areas. · A strong record of creating a winning vision in an environment where there is a strong emphasis on merchandising, promotion, and partnerships. |
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES | · Accountable for business delivery across key institutional channels of Hotels, Embassies, Hospitals, Office complexes. · Responsible for all product verticals. · Building rapport and relationship with key decision makers at key customer locations across the various channels · Conceptualizing the Institutions' strategy in terms of pricing , account activation, retention and designing and implementing promotional calendars across accounts · Responsible for managing the commercial terms of trade including Receivables, credit period and discounts · Supervising the team comprising direct reports at zonal level as well as the operating teams at the field level. |
