Job Title: Key Account Manager - Telecommunications
Job Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
1. Purpose of the Job
To manage the Telecom account from end to end including the entire process from identifying a business opportunity, managing the sales cycle (sales pitch, identification of solution, submitting a quote), delivery and maintaining post sales relationships. Complete ownership of revenue & profitability from telecom sector IN ORDER TO sale the IAC offerings portfolio and also ensuring that the long term profitable relationship is maintained WITHIN THE LIMITS OF company SOP's.

a. Minimum Education is BSc Telecom/IT with MBA
b. 7-9 years’ experience of Sales in Broadband Sales/satellite Communication,

3. Functions & Responsibilities (duties to be performed by this position)
1. Account Management
Establish productive and professional relationships at C level in assigned customer accounts, develop potent strategies for managing Telecom account and set financial targets, Coordinate with internal stakeholders including support, technical, and management resources, Manage the account from end to end i-e from Order, to Delivery, to Invoicing, collection of a/c receivables and closure of sales cycle IN ORDER TO meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
2. Sales Targets
Sale O3b portfolio including Technology & Services and hardware (Antennas and Customer Terminals etc.) IN ORDER TO meet and exceed quota (target) of revenue, profit, and sales.
3. Internal coordination and Relationship building
Leads the integration of IAC & O3b strategy to the account through expertise and knowledge. (i.e. cross sell). Establish productive, professional relationships internally with presales & Engineering, within O3b I.A.C. team to communicate the customer’s specific business model & operational priorities IN ORDER TO propose a solution based on an accurate value proposition for the client.
4. Exploring new business opportunities
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in telecom sector. Proactively contact potential clients, Prepare and present sales proposals. Focus volume based solutions & long term contracts IN ORDER TO enhance IAC clientele and business segments.
