CRM Operation Executive (Contractual) is responsible for Telenor Pakistan's CRM operation activities. This includes areas for configuration and registration of subscribers data, Dealer management and external interfaces to Tibco, Geneva and DWH
Work Location Islamabad
Experience Required 1 year of relevant Experience
Key Responsibilities
• Management of different CRM interfaces
• User/Security administration (privileges granting and revocation, access management)
• Configuration & Management of system Data
• Configuration & management of different price planes.
• Managing loading processes of SIMS & MSISDN
• Commissioning management
• Error Handling
• Monitoring & trouble shooting of Different log files
• Adhoc Reports
• Ensure effective flow of information between operation department and other administrative units.
• Perform and present reporting to management
Education/Professional Qualification: BSC Computer Sciences.
Skills required
1. Understanding of Business Support Systems
2. Ensure IT SLAs compliance
3. BSS services problem management, quality analysis
4. BSS application change and data management
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Excessive reporting required for MIS
7. Knowledge of application servers, server and/or web applications, Java, XML, UML
8. Knowledge of standard interfaces/protocols
Other Criteria
• Good interaction with internal customers and external vendors.
• Define, implement and maintain best practices improve productivity and ensure high quality results
