Our client has the first and the exclusive manufacturing setup of Hard Gelatin capsules in Pakistan from Halal Gelatin.

All manufacturing processes take place within their most modern Hi-Tech factory which was set up and brought into operations in 1989 at Hub Industrial Trading Estate, Lasbella (Balochistan) .

Job Description:

*Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability and throughput.
*Developing a project specification with colleagues, often including those from other engineering disciplines.
*Making sure a product can be made again reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments.
*Managing projects using engineering principles and techniques.
*Producing details of specifications and outline designs.
*Recommending modifications following prototype test results.
*Using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modelling and computer-aided design.
*Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.
*Maintain operating manuals for the equipment held in plant room.
*Monitoring and commissioning plant and systems.
*Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.

Skills:
Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, heavy plant machinery working.
Excellent analytical and computer skills

Salary:
80k - 100k

Location:
Karachi

Qualification:
Minimum Graduate.
