Should have a university degree in civil engineering or business administration with minimum of 10 years experience in road operation and maintenance management / administration in municipality equivalent in size to the planned maximum growth of Jubail industrial city during the period of this contract. He will maintain policy, procedure, schedules and carry out all management tasks. It is preferable that the position be filled by bilingual candidates (Arabic / English).
