- Education to degree level in an engineering or business studies discipline.
- Specialised training / qualifications in the quantitative, analytical and business process skills associated with industrial engineering \ organisation & methods \ organisation development \ business process re-engineering and change management.
- Able to lead the application of a wide range of quality improvement skills, including flow charts, cause and effect diagrams, decision tree analysis and Pareto analysis.
