The ideal candidate must have

- Exposure to foreign

- Army personnel will be given preference

 

Minimum Qualification:  Masters

Prime Responsibilities:

  1. . Build, maintain and manage the vocational training administration & Security.
  2. To be responsible to keep discipline up to the favorable conditions of Vocational Training

3.       To be responsible to carry out Inquires, inspections under the relevant laws

4.       Identify violation of Company's Code of Conduct /Ethics and notify to the senior management

  1. To be responsible to implement effective security system and handles overall security issues that may affect the morale, efficiency and image of the company.
  2. Liaison with Government Departments i.e. Labour Department, EOBI, SESSI, CDGK, KDA, PTCL, Civil Defense, Sui Southern Gas Co. KESC, Janbaz Force, KW&SB
  3. To be responsible to Initiates, facilitates, and promote security awareness  activities within the organization

8.       To be responsible for vocational training vehicles Management and maintenance

9.       To be responsible for sufficient arrangement of potable water through KW&SB and water tanker suppliers,

10.   Build, maintain, manage and supervise fire fighting & first aid team and their activities.

11.   To be responsible to supervise Hygiene & Sanitation section,

12.   Implementation of Job Contract System and Monitoring according to Legal aspects,

13.   To supervise to prepare quarterly Reports, Education Cess Statement, keeping in view the existing strength of workers and staff for onward submission to SESSI,

14.   Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time,

 

Gender: Either  

Experience: More than 15 years with 5 years in manager position

 Location: Karachi

Salary: 125K-150K
