One of our Clients is looking for Manager Risk for the following role.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE	·         Masters with minimum 8 - 10 years hands-on management experience in a credit risk role within a bank of repute along with FRM Certification is desired. ·         Relevant credit model analysis required. ·         Experience of Basel requirements and the Middle East regulatory environment is necessary, international banking regulation knowledge preferable. ·
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES	·         Work as an efficient member of the team responsible for the development and effectiveness of the Credit Risk Framework of the bank as a whole, ensuring it meets regulatory requirements and is operating in line with approved credit policies. ·         Managing and developing the Credit Risk Strategy, budget and the like. ·         Assessing and advising on the approved credit risk appetite ·         Monitoring and managing Credit-Risk – developing monitoring tools ·         Input on board level risk reports ·         Liaising with relevant external stakeholders on credit risk matters ·         Developing processes in line with Basel III guidelines.
