PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE	·         Masters with 10 – 12 years of experience in industrial sales with 3-4 years of experience in Automotive Paint Sales. ·         KINDLY NOTE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH AUTOMOTIVE PAINTS BUSINESS IS A PRE REQUISITE FOR THIS POSITION. ·         Must have experience and success managing distributors; ·         Experience of identifying and securing successful distribution; arrangements, ·         Ability to set and manage budgets for all aspects of sales and marketing;
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES	·         Manage sales and marketing relationships with the existing clients. ·         Develop and implement plans to establish our clients capability; ·         Prepare and achieve annual sales plans; ·         Ensure customer satisfaction, customer relation development & superior quality in service rendered. ·         Work in close cooperation with our clients operations, marketing, training and clinical personnel to support the needs of customers; ·         Establish distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings, assist in product development, direct and evaluate the marketing strategies of external markets ·         Establish strong relationships with distribution partners to maximize breadth of distribution in each territory; ·         Maintain contact with key markets by visiting and investigating of the operating and local conditions. ·         Build the brands across the territories, seeking opportunities for licensing in and licensing out of content; ·         Manage, develop and monitor all method of shipments through assuring the arrange shipping; prepare bills of lading, customs forms, invoices and other shipping documents manually or by computer ·         Liaising with operations to ensure consistent delivery to clients.
