Services Officer for a Large International Organization
Position Title: Examinations Services Officer
Position Location: Lahore

Salary: Starting PKR 32K to 54K (based on candidate's credentials)
To ensure that a consistently excellent level of service is provided
to customers and clients according to the Examinations Services
Quality Standards (EQS).
Context and environment
The post holder will work as Examinations Services Officer,
Examinations Services department under Exam Product Manager (EPM) to
ensure highest level of support provided for delivery of examinations.
Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties
-- Registration of candidates for ACCA Computer based exams, IELTS
and GCE examinations including supervision of candidate data entry
into the board's specified software
-- Administration and supervision of examinations in accordance to the
rules and regulations of UK exam boards and BC exam administration
and security rules and regulations
-- Management of client and customer relationships, soliciting and
generating objective feedback, and enabling effective enquiry
management
-- Providing assistance in managing various events by working in
coordination with EPMs and concerned staff
-- Providing support to promotion & marketing of Exam products
including relationship building and partnership visits to academic and
professional education institutions
-- Preparing reconciliation sheets for the local exam fee received for
different exam boards, and submitting to Exams Finance within the
monthly deadlines.
Key relationships
Provide customer care to clients and stakeholders (internal and external)
Liaise with Relevant EPM and Exam boards
· Support all Exams teams (IELTS/ GCE/ Professional)
Other important features or requirements of the job
The post holder will be required to work during unsocial hours.
