Purpose of job
· To provide support to the Regional Exams Director in managing
the Exams budget (income, expenditure)
· To provide administrative support to the Exams unit in Lahore
Context and environment
· The organization brings qualifications to Pakistanis through
its Examination Services across Pakistan by conducting and managing
various UK exams. The organization's work with the UK qualifications
is an integral part of our work in English and Education and critical
to our cultural relations remit.
· The post will play a central role in the Exams team in Lahore
by managing the administrative support to the operational teams for
the delivery of exams across Punjab in line with the Exams Pakistan
strategy and MAP.
Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties
· Manage income and expenditure, and generate documents for the
Exams unit in Lahore for decision-support purposes, including accurate
and timely management information.
· Provide administrative support to product-specific teams in
Exams and to the satellite offices for smooth conduction and
management of exams across Punjab.
Key relationships
The post holder will be working to maintain the following key synergies:
· Exams team in Lahore
· EFAMs in Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore
· The Resources team in Lahore
