· Responsible for sales of corporate products and services.
· Point of Contact for corporate accounts assigned to him
· Manages corporate clients by performing Service Need Analysis and devising solutions for Corporate Customers as per their requirement.
· Provides support to reporting officer in negotiating with the corporate clients to conclude major contracts
· Supports sales of corporate services through visits to Corporate Customers.
· Markets newly introduced Corporate Services.
· Single Point of Contact for the Corporate Customers
· Liaison with Corporate Services & Product Development Wing.
· Supports sales and provisioning of Managed Solutions with the help of Corporate Solutions & Product Development wings.
· Prepares periodical Sales reports to be submitted to the head offices.
· Responds to tenders & RFPs of the accounts with the help of CS&PD group at the back end.
· Coordinate for after sales support of corporate services through RRU and escalation to higher management
· Assists the Controlling officer in the day to day assignments.
