General Manager/Company Secretary required - Karachi

The Company is looking to fill following positions with qualified, experienced and dynamic professionals. 

General Manager

This position for GM are required for various locations/functions.

Qualifications: Masters Degree (Administration Science OR Engineering Disciplines)

Experience: Minimum 16 years of strong administrative experience with at least 5 years experience as Administrative Head.

Age Limit: Should not exceed 48 Years.

Key Responsibilities: 
The position is responsible for all activities related to company's operations that include:

  • Smooth and uninterrupted supply of gas to customers.
  • Supervision of construction, maintenance and rehabilitation of pipelines.
  • Key decision-making based on financial and technical risk assessment and hazard analysis of projects.
  • Advising on technical proposals for future expansions of network. 
  • Responsible for communication including status reporting to the Management and timely resolution of issues to ensure achievement of Company's objective.
  • Dealing with regulation authority and stakeholders.
  • Proven administrative and leadership capabilities of managing diversity.
Company Secretary

Qualification & Experience: The candidates must have a Law Degree OR qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 16 years' experience including 6-8 years in particular Oil & Gas sector. Candidates having post graudation would be given preference.

Age Limit: Should not exceed 48 years.

Key Responsibilites: Company Secretary is responsible for:
  • Ensuring compliance with financial and legal practices and maintaining standards of Corporate Governance. 
  • Act as focal point of communication between the board of Directors and the Management.
  • Reporting in a timely and accurate manager on Company's procedure and developments.
  • Organizing, preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meetings and annual general meeting (AGMs); along with maintaining statutory books, including registers of member, directors and secretaries.
Deputy General Manager (Human Resources)

Qualification: Masters in Business Administration from reputable national or international institute.

Experience: Minimum 12 years, experience of multinational will be an added advantage.

Age Limit: Should not exceed 46 years. 

Key Responsibilities: The position requires an HR Generalist who is responsible for:
  • All HR based activities within the organization from both operational and strategic function. 
  • Lead design and implement solutions towards optimizing organizational performance and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the administration of all HR related matters such as reward and recognition, performance management, recruitment, training and development, etc. resulting in operational efficiency.
