The potential candidate should have strong people management skills, strong communication skills, clear understanding of all HR functions specially Recruitment & Selection, etc. 

The right candidate for this position should possess at least 3 years relevant experience in addition with minimum.

Bachelors degree from a foreign or a reputed local university or preferably.

Masters in related discipline.
