POSITION SUMMARY:
As a strategic partner, the Associate Manager
HR Business Partnering (AM-HRBP) aligns
business objectives with employees and management in designated business areas.

The AM-HRBP serves as a consultant to line management on HR related issues. Successful
AM-HRBP will act as employee champion and change agent. AM-HRBP assesses and
anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with HR Operations
Department and business management, the AM-HRBP seeks to develop integrated
solutions. The AM-HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR fundion to deliver value
added service to line management and employees that refled the business objectives of
the organization.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
* MBA (HRM) with 7 to 8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
Management out of which 2-3 in HR business partnering role.
* Experience of pharmaceutical industry would be an added advantage.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

- Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
- Be self directed and motivated.
