Head of Export Marketing - Karachi

DevSolMs is an Executive Placement & HR Services Company working with different array of clients in Pakistan and abroad. Currently our esteemed client a leading FMCG is looking to fill the following position.
Job Title :Head of Export Marketing
Location:Karachi
Educational Qualifications & Experience

                    
·         Business Graduate with at least 5 years in export and int’l business with firsthand knowledge for introducing company and products in 8 countries from any two of the following regions, such as; South East Asia, Central Asian States (CAS)/(CIS), Africa, ME/GCC or any other significant country/region
·         Preference for 2 years of working as Manager for export/int’l business in any two countries from the above regions
·         Good and fluent communicator in a clear manner, both in written and spoken English. Preferably also can speak a foreign language such as Russian, Bahasa, Swehelese, Arabic, Spanish, and French etc
·         Has travelled widely to several countries in the regions mentioned above with knowledge of different and diverse cultures. Can adopt easily and is flexible in being customer centric. Willing to travel extensively to international markets for the purpose of meeting goals
Skill set for this Position
·         Good user of MIS and practically verse with computer and IT abilities in accordance with the requirement of this Role Profile.
·         Proven ability to set priorities and administer budget to established goals; track record of driving strong business results and ROI.
·         Strong ability to analyze and leverage data to drive consumer insights and strategic planning.
·         In-depth exposure to customer experience management, brand development, merchandising, advertising, and content development.
·         Experience in multichannel marketing and data management.
·         Proven people manager capable of developing employees and optimizing organizational effectiveness.

Max 44 years
Job Responsibilities
·         Marketing & budget planning until the defined dates.
·         Give estimation of sales in country level.
·         Prepare targeting criteria, implementation and control together with Field Force Manager.
·         Supervision of new launches.
·         Check and control the marketing plans (figures, action plan, activities, positioning), and rolling sales & purchase forecast reports with full responsibility.
·         Controlling and coordinating congresses (activities, marketing materials, installations, sponsorations).
·         Control the budget and real sales proportion (reallocate budget if it is necessary).
·         Control product marketing strategies implementations 
·         Input to strategic marketing activities.
·         Be up- to- date with the registration process regarding the products (after the national phases are started).
·         Managing and developing the major accounts of the company in export markets and provide overall servicing of export customers.
·         Developing the company’s sales internationally by participating in the international fairs and managing all promotional activities internationally.
·         Manage and negotiate terms of contracts with international importers/distributors in export markets •
·         Managing all logistics activities according to the customers needs and to keep pricing structure at the most competitive level.
·         Recommend appropriate policies regarding pricing, promotion, product and market evaluations and marketing plans.
·         Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.
·         Managing and training export coordination personnel.
