Educational Qualifications & Experience             
·         MBA with 5-8 years of experience from a top tier university
Skill set for this Position
·         Strong Trade/Customer marketing background with a leading FMCG.
·         Experience leading the Customer/Trade Marketing function including specific experience in evaluating the needs of the field and translating that into specific marketing programs
·         A strong record of creating a winning vision in an environment where there is a strong emphasis on merchandising, promotion, and partnerships.
·         Proven success working in a fast paced environment where strategic brand-building efforts are complemented by hard-driving promotional activities
·         Proven ability and desire to help build a Marketing infrastructure, including processes, methodologies and tools required to drive Marketing effectiveness.
Age bracket:
Max 44 years
Job Responsibilities
·         Leading development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories and to increase presence of the company brands.
·         Prepare and suggest trade and consumer promotions to improve distribution and generate consumer awareness.
·         Coordinate with the marketing team and support the sales operations to successfully develop and deliver the sales objectives: distribution, shelving, pricing and merchandising for all categories across all trade channels.
·         Achieve Distribution objectives through promotional plans & set priority by brand.
·         Ensure sales and merchandising team input into activity planning to ensure full alignment and perfection in market execution and in line with brand objectives.
·         Participates in the design of the promotional materials and maintains contacts with the Key Accounts in order to supervise all promotional activities.
·         Development of a trade promotional plan with key customers and channels.
·         Responsible for Trade Marketing / Category Management process & solutions with external & internal customers to grow the categories.
