Director - Renewable Energy
Candidates should hold BSc. Engineering in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical and/or MBA from a recognized University with overall relevant experience of atleast 07 years in energy sector preferably in the ares of solar, wind or biomass based power generation. (Age min: 35 years & max: 50 years)

Job Description:

  • Assist MD in carrying out his responsibilities.
  • Facilitate investors undertaking renewable energy project in Punjab. 
  • Explore, plan and execute the exploitation of Renewable Energy Resources in the Province.
  • Evaluate technical probable renewable energy sites and project in the Province.
  • Coordinate and supervise implementation of Renewable Energy project in the Province.
  • Review of technical proposals and feasibility studies of renewable projects submitted by private sponsors.
  • Review of Project Design Document for CDM qualification. 
  • Review of evaluation of Certified Emission Reduction (CER).
  • Submit progress reports for assigned projects and communicate frequently with department personnel concerned with the status of the project.
  • Maintain cooperative and effective communications with appropriate regulatory agencies on federal, provincial and local levels.
  • Provide policy inputs related to power sector.
  • Any other responsibility as may be assigned for the development of power project.
Director - Hydropower
Candidates should hold BSc. Engineer in Electrical (Power)/Civil/Mechanical Discipline from a recognized University with overall relevant experience of at least 07 years of Civil/Mechanical Engineering of which at least 5 years project management experience related to hydro power projects. Experience in design, planning, construction, supervision, monitoring and operation of Hydro Power Project will preferred. Must be strong in conversant with tools and processes related to hydro power projects and construction management are required. (Age min. 35 years & Max. 50 years)

Job Descriptions:

  • Maintain cooperative and effective communications with appropriate regulatory agencies on federal, provincial and local levels.
  • Provide policy inputs related to power sector.
  • Any other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Director - Thermal
Candidates should hold BSc. Engineer in Mechanical or Electrical discipline from a recognized university with overall experience of atleast 7 years experience in relevant field, especially in power transmission, distribution, and related regulatory matters. Must be strong in conversation with relevant law an regulation in the power sector. (Age min. 35 years & max. 50 years)

Job description:
  • Assist the Managing Director in carrying out his responsibilities ordinarily in relation to thermal power projects.
  • Facilitate investors undertaking renewable energy projects in Punjab.
  • Explore, plan and execute the explotation of Thermal Generation in the Province using indigenous resources like coal, gas, oil and biomass keeping in view the International laws, governing Thermal Generation.
  • Evaluate technical probable Thermal Power Projects in the Province.
  • Coordinate and supervise implementation of Thermal Projects in the Province.
  • Review of proposals and feasibility studies of thermal power projects submitted by private sponsors.
  • Review of EIA and coordination with concerned agencies. 
  • Submit progress reports for assigned projects to manager's and communicate frequently with department personnel concerned with the status of the project.
  • Maintain cooperative and effective communications with appropriate regulatory agencies on federal, provincial and local levels.
  • Provide policy inputs related to power sector
  • Any other responsibility as may be assigned.
Director - Technical Coordniation
Candidates should hold BSc. in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) with at least 07 years experience in relevant field, especially in power transmission, distribution, and related regulatory matters. Must be strong in conversant with relevant law and regulations in the power sector. (Age min. 35 years & max. 50 years)

Job Description:
  • Will assist MD in coordination on technical matters relating to transmission distribution and evacuation matters relating to Power projects in Punjab.
  • Will also coordinate with all concerned agencies on technical matters To ensure timely completion of Power projects.
  • Will plan power evacuation, transmission, distribution, plans for power projects and coordinate with concerned agencies for system studies and timely completion of power evacuation infrastructure.
  • Will be responsible for research and development studies/providing input on policy matters related to power projects.
