Job Description
|
The CEO will work for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Oil & Gas Limited
Company (KPOGLC) and Exploration & Production Company with an interest to
work in upstream Oil & Gas activities.
His primary responsibilities are as follows:

Provide leadership and guidance for E&P
activities, under direction and cooperation of the Board of Directors.
·
Safeguard the company’s interest to ensure
short and long-term profitability, planned growth and maximized market value.
·
Implement and achieve strategic goals and
objectives.
·
Build strong working relationship with senior
management of E*P companies, Personnel from licensing authorities and joint
venture companies.
·
Promote cordial relationships across all of
the mentioned stake holders.
·
Other assignment assigned by the Government.

Experience
|
Twenty (20) years or more work experience with a large Oil & Gas
company in Senior management positions. Preference will be given to
candidates with CEO position experience and proven track record of
achievements.

Qualification
|
Candidates holding Bachelors’ degree in Energy Management/Policy
Earth Sciences, Petroleum/Chemical/Mining, allied Engineering disciplines,
Geology and Geophysics.
|

Salary (PKR)
|
The selected candidate will be offered a 2 year contract of employment (extendable based on performance)
with market salary and other perks & privileges commensurate with the
