| PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE | · Masters degree with 10 years of experience at least with an Insurance Company · Experience in Health Insurance Sector – Preferable · Should be well-versed with the Sales Training skills. · Should have excellent communication and presentation skills. · Candidate should have excellent team management experiences. |
| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES | · Managing and handling the Corporates, in the region. · Promoting and selling Health Insurance Products in the region. · Strategizing, planning & implementing new ideas of business. · Organizing activities in the corporate houses premises & giving product presentations. · Build and implement account strategies. · Provide accurate and complete information for customer proposal. · Demonstrate efficiency in sales management processes. · Provide market intelligences. · Building market Competitiveness and coverage's. · Achieving sales target assigned by the management. |
