PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE | · MBA with 8-10 years of exposure with strong understanding of the Irani Retail Markets. · Strong experience in sales unit, direct selling would definitely be a plus · Action oriented and enjoying working hard; full of energy · Business acumen, knowing how business works; knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, and information affecting his/her business and organization · Very strong communication and social skills. |
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES | · Facilitate sales force growth, resulting in increased sales and profits. · Motivate, train, and recognize the Distributors and Sales force. · Observe Distributor performance and provide coaching and counseling to ensure effective execution of goals. · Initiate regional meetings and conferences with the purpose to develop and maintain a well-motivated and well-informed Distributor organization. · Manage Distributor profitability and identify opportunities to enhance. · Participate in the development of country planning and strategy, gain acceptance from sales force. · Maximize the effectiveness of marketing and promotional programs through flawless implementation. · Maintain full knowledge of product line and applications · Be the liaison between Company and Distributors and ensure consistent implementation of policies, principles and philosophy, as well as safeguarding the company image. |
