JOB DESCRIPTION
The AM is responsible for implementing front office, back office and EMR products as per SOW commitments. Upon successfully deploying a product, the AM is responsible for securing the client against attrition to ensure a continuous revenue stream. The AM is also responsible for cross selling products to their existing accounts is such an opportunity arises.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure product implementation as per timelines and deliverables defined in the SOW and contract.
2. Ensure client satisfaction with products.
3. Conduct continuous audits of client accounts to provide an external check on operations.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to file complaints or escalate issues.
5. Develop account strategies, territory planning and administrative follow-up to ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained and to secure against client attrition.
6. Identify potential cross selling and up selling opportunities and leverage SE if required to increase revenue from clients.
