THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have Bachelors degree in Business Management with specialization in HR and
have minimum 5 years similar experience in Retail industry. Extensive experience in successful
delivery of both strategic & operational HR, solid understanding of local markets, labour laws and
industry practices. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.
Be a part of SNap(R) Family:
- Manpower planning, developing and implementing staffing strategies, performance management, salary reviews and developing retention strategies
- Implementation of HR policy across UAE and Joint Venture units.
- Preparation of HR Budget.
- Manage Payroll & Attendance Issues.
- Employee relations, managing ERP HR modules, TNA and managing employee development issues.
