Human Resource Manager-NY

Responsible for providing overall human resources generalist support to specified departments in the organization in the areas of employee relations, performance management, succession planning, career development,organizational development and policy implementation to leverage the company’s investment in people into a competitive advantage. Provide a partner approach in working with key managers and customers in client groups. Responsible for assisting and advising management to ensure legal compliance in matters related to Human Resources. Some supervisory responsibility for HR Administrator.
