Areas of Responsibility: | -
Give efficient system support to all Nework(LAN) users.

Installation of Operating Systems, Antivirus & other supporting softwares as per requirements.

Troubleshoot user quiries with respect to PC Hardwares and Softwares.

Prepares periodic reports with respect to the current status of all computing devices inventory and peripherals for management review.

Maintains a record of user complains and queries related to hardware and software.

Documentation of QMS as per ISO 9001:2008 through out the organization.
