One of our Clients is looking Health & Safety Engineer for the following role.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
·          Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil with 5-8 years experience as an HSE Engineer, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
·          To identify safety problems and to initiate, recommend and provide solutions.
·          To assist with the preparation and implementation of procedures.
·          To perform internal and external Health, Safety, and Environment audits.
·          To fulfill project Health, Safety, Environment requirements.
·          To contribute to a co-operative working environment within the department.
·          To report to Department Head Health, Safety, Environment & Regulatory Compliance.
·          To report to the Project Manager during participation in a project team.
·          To replace the Section Head Health, Safety, Environment in his absence on safety matters, as required.
·          To function as a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Coordinator during participation in a project whilst continuing to carry out primary job functions.
·          Ability to work in a team of people with different background and roles. International and/or managerial experience is a plus.
·          Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems.
·          Creative, precise and innovative in finding solutions to (technical) problems.
