An export oriented textile industry located in Karachi required System Study Officer for its Quality Management Systems Department. The candidate should be B.E. (Industrial Engineering) or MBA and fully aware of:
1. Arrange preliminary system improvement study, prepare detailed working plan, specify important milestones with target dates and finally execute system study on requirement.
2. To review weak/problem areas in system and spot areas where improvement through system study could enhance the effectiveness of the system on a regular basis.
3. Investigation results of root cause analysis with M.R. whenever required.
4. Could be able to prepare system study performance report for Management that outlines all the findings of the study, weak areas of the system, and different improvement option on monthly basis.
5. Prepare implementation plan of approved option, finalize it with M.R. and manage its implementation.
6. To coordinate with concerned dept(s) personnel at all stages of implementing system improvement option.
7. To regularly identify necessary documentation changes and ensure that these documents are properly updated.
8. Able to monitor the effectiveness of modified/improved system/operation and identify the changes necessary in implementation plan, based on the actual feedback on the effectiveness of the implementation, discuss these changes with M.R. and modify the implementation plan accordingly.
9. To arrange proper documentation of Standards / Layout developed through System Study and ensure their proper controlling.
10. To ensure that different activities performed at different department are properly standardized & implemented and manage follow up of different activities initiated in departments against recommendations of System Study.
