Position: Accounts cum Office Administrator

Education: Preferably bachelors in Business Administration.
Experience: 5 years of experience in an Commercial role or in the relevant field.
Key Deliverables:
Finance:
Maintain Trade & Promo Budgets, Monitor spending, process Customer Claims and analyze Trade & Promotion spend.
Support to Country Manager in Pricing Decisions, Trade Scheme execution.
Preparation of Merchandiser & Detailers payroll, process travel and expense claims.
Regular update on sales ( quantity & value), estimate full year Sales, highlight risk & opportunities and analyze sales data by channel.
Liaise with customer for controlling stock levels, generate orders and forward to HO at regular interval.
Develop in market sales plan by region, customer.
ADMIN:
Supports Manager with business travel & visa
Updates daily & monthly Attendance Report for payroll management
Maintain an effective filing system
Manage 3rd party contracts & services related to office lease, stationery, grocery etc.
Provides monthly accruals & monthly forecast to Finance for admin-related expenses
Provide support to employees for obtaining/ renewing all legal/ government documents.
Liaise with Consulates prepares visa applications for visa issuance for all business travels.
Liaise with Government bodies to obtain/renew Company & Employee’s Legal Documents.
