First Class Master’s Degree (B-Grade) OR Second Class Master’s Degree with M.Phil. OR equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education in the relevant field with no 3rd Division in the academic career from an HEC recognized University/Institution provided that in subject of English, candidates having M.A 2nd division shall be eligible to apply.

First Class Master’s/LL.B with 6 years Teaching/Administration/Examination BPS-17 experience in a recognized University.      OR
Second Class Master’s Degree with 10 years Teaching/Administration/Examination experience in a recognized University.

Deputy Registrar (ESTT:) (BPS-18) (Permanent)
First Class Master’s degree/LL.B with 6-years’ experience in Teaching/Administration in a University.               OR
Second Class Master’s Degree/LL.B with 10 years teaching/administration experience in BPS-16 or above in a recognized University.

Deputy Treasurer (BPS-18) (Permanent)
First Class M.Com/M.B.A./Chartered Accountant and 6 years’ service in BPS-16 or above in the relevant field.           OR
Master’s Degree with 10 years’ experience in the relevant field.


General Information:

1) Application forms along-with a recent passport size photograph and attested copies of educational testimonials, experience certificates and a copy of National Identity Card (NADRA) with a bank receipt (Habib Bank Ltd. Campus Branch) or a bank draft of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) in favour of the Treasurer, Islamia College Peshawar should reach the office of the undersigned by or before 20th May, 2013.

2) In case of Professor/Associate Professor, the applicant must submit the following:
(a) Four copies of the list containing the required number of research publication showing titles of publications on particulars of the journals. 
(b) Extra publications, if any, may be listed on a separate sheet in the same manner.
(c) Four sets of reprints of the publications.
(d) Four copies of complete CV/Bio Data.
(e) Research papers evaluation fee of Rs. 4000/- (non-refundable) through Bank draft/receipt (Habib Bank Ltd. Campus Branch) in favor of Deputy Treasurer, Islamia College Peshawar.

3) in-service candidates should apply through proper channel. They must submit No Objection Certificate from their concerned department/institution along with the application form

4) Incomplete applications and those received after due date, will not be entertained. 

5) CGPA less that 1/4 with will be considered second division.

Note:
(i) In case of foreign degree, the applicant must produce HEC Equivalent Certificate withing one month after submission of application form.
(ii) Those who have already applied for the same posts on contract basis, advertised on 13.10.2012 & 02.02.2013 in daily "The News, Aaj, Mashriq & Express", will be considered for permanent posts and need  not to apply again but can only update their application forms, if needed.
(iii) Errors, omissions, if any, are liable to rectification by the University. The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease/cancel the number of post(s).
