Director, Revenue Cycle Operations

Position Details:
This Director will be charged with providing direction, leadership, and coordination for the Revenue cycle consistent with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. This leader will be responsible for managing the daily operations of Community Wide Scheduling, Access Services, Patient Accounting, and Revenue Integrity Departments; including planning and developing policies and procedures to improve services, coordinating patient accounting processes with all revenue departments to ensure proper coding and billing, and leading Accounts Receivable management after billing to maximize cash flow from insurance government sources and private payors.

Qualifications:
• Ideal candidate will be a Bachelor's prepared, motivating, collaborative leader with an open communication and visible style.
• Minimum of five years of governmental and third party payor billing leadership experience within a complex healthcare setting. Health system experience highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, high integrity, and a sense of urgency and action, and the ability to appropriately prioritize and provide timely and thorough follow through will be a strong fit with Shore Health System’ culture.
