Organizational Development Manager – Perrysburg, OH

We are seeking a qualified Organizational Development Manager to join our corporate team at our world headquarters in Perrysburg, OH.


POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Leadership and Organizational Development is responsible for helping to build and/or upgrade existing processes/programs and lead targeted projects to increase organization and leadership capability.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

With the Director, Leadership and Organizational Development will support and may lead projects in the following areas:

Leadership Development
Provide feedback and coaching based on 360 degree feedback assessment and other assessment tools
Participate in developing communications and training content and programs to support leadership development program, tools and content.

Succession Planning
Assist with design and delivery of succession planning process and tools.

Performance Management
Participate in the updating/implementation and on-going support of the global PDP process.

Organizational Development and Design
Identify and analyze organization effectiveness opportunities and make and recommend initiatives that address these global and regional opportunities to support the business strategy

Competency Models
Develop job specific leadership and technical competency models for critical jobs that facilitate the evaluation of employees versus these competencies and provide for development plans.

Participate in the roll-out of the new leadership competency model and build the model into the other processes and tools.
Position Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Masters degree preferred
2. 7+ years experience in Organizational Development role or Human Resources generalist role with a heavy emphasis in Leadership Development, Organizational Development or Talent Management
3. Demonstrates significant knowledge in all disciplines of Leadership and Organizational Development such as the following: talent management and leadership development; performance management; change management; succession planning; 360 feedback; talent reviews; assessments; and coaching


PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Masters degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
2. LSS Certification preferred
