Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree or equivalent. 
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits.
  • Knowledge of Career development and career laddering concepts, principles and processes. 
  • Knowledge of Civil service law pertaining to pay and compensation administration.
