Business development Managers - Lahore / Karachi

Business development Managers

- Create business opportunities by identifying, establishing and developing business leads for Financial, ERP, Document Management, Business Process Automation and other custom-made solutions within the defined target markets.
- Primarily be responsible to bring in new business.
- To generate own leads by effective cold calling followed by customer meetings, presentations and closing of deals.
- Ensure all opportunities are well qualified.
- Work with technical team to establish new opportunities, develop proposals and presentations.
- Develop business plans to increase revenue and maximize margin in line with organizational goals.
- Deliver, monitor and report weekly on achievement and pipeline.
- Ensure effective implementation of processes and achievement of KPIs and targets.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good understanding of Software Applications.
- Hunter like spirit (Hunger of making money).
- Clear thinking person, strong past performances in and around IT services.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills along with excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight along with a proactive service attitude and willingness to take a "hands on" approach.
- Consistent, Goal Oriented & Hardworking

OTHER DETAILS:
-This is a permanent job, which requires (75%) travel. Market competitive salary will be offered to the right candidate. Minimum desired experience would be 2 Years (Selling experience of Software solutions).
- Gross Salary Rs. 35,000.00 – Rs. 50,000 per month depending upon experience.
- Commission 4.5% of the sale revenue generated.
