- The role will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with standard financial and legal practice and maintains standards of corporate governance. Although you would not be strictly required to provide legal advice, you must have a thorough understanding of the laws that affect the organizations areas of work.
- You would act as a point of communication between the board of directors and company shareholders,reporting in a timely and accurate manner on company procedures and developments.
- We are looking for 7-8 years of experience in a similar role with a reputable Publicly listed Organization.
