This position will fill requirement and will strengthen the team in carrying out ever-growing need of in-house software development. Effectively contribute to the growth of the organization and all its units according to strategy and plans. Individual will play a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR processes and systems. And also provide Support to BSS-Development Team in their operational tasks.

Experience Required: 2 to 4 years
Key Responsibilities
•Responsible to perform development activities.
• Actively participate in gathering end-users requirements
• Analysing requirements and developing/coding scripts to meet the requirements.
• Develop and maintain the documentation of developed scripts
• Working closely with development team and sharing knowledge in the area of development
• Design and implement new modules, or modify existing modules, to meet users requirements and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of working processes.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in programming to ensure that the department continues to take advantage of new ideas and developments.
• Analyze user requirements and identify programming solutions using a range of tools such as flow diagrams, decision trees etc.
• Discuss any proposed solution with vendors, programmers, other technical staff and end users to ensure its technical viability and to identify any problems.
• Assist in the implementation of any new system, taking any remedial action as necessary, to ensure that it is working effectively.
Education/Professional Qualification Degree(s)/Major(s): 1.BCS/MCS
Certification(s): 1. Pl/SQL
