- Flex Developers ( 4 Positions )
Capabilities
- University degree in Computer Science;
- Strong Familiarity with Core Java, J2EE or .NET ( Flex will be plus );
- Database and operating systems knowledge ( Mysql, Linux will be plus);
- Knowledge of current technologies, including Hibernate, Web-Services, Spring Framework, Action-script;
- Technically competent with various software programs, such as Rational Rose/Enterprise Architect.
Preferred Skills
- Strong OOP concepts
- Can work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential;
- Can conform to demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
- Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies;
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial. Work Conditions
- Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines;
- Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations and meetings
